Hypnosis can be relaxing, but no you will not be asleep.
How will hypnosis work online?
My voice will concentrate your focus on what you will need to do and therefore I can be in the room physically or virtually via your phone speaker or a Bluetooth speaker. If you live in the Marbella area of Spain then it may be possible to have a physical 1 to 1 appointment, but online is just as good. So you can be in London UK, New York USA or Sydney Australia, it really doesn’t matter where you are hypnotherapy online works.
Will I do anything I do not want to do?
No, you will not do or say anything you do not want to.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, you never be asked to do something you do not want to do and you are in control the whole time you are under therapy.
How will the online hypnotherapy sessions work?
The first discussion will evaluate what needs to be talked through. Once we have decided what needs to be fixed I will create a plan and some recordings for you to listen to. We will also decide what needs to be talked through and how many sessions will be needed, but it is likely to be 1 to 3 sessions.
How long does hypnotherapy take to work?
Traditional hypnotherapy can take a long time and you can end up having lots of sessions which may take weeks, months or even years. Rapid transformational therapy aims to reduce this to between 1 to 3 sessions for your particular issue.
